Baked Chicken
Ingredients
6-8 half checken breasts, boned 1 can golden mushroom soup plus 1 can water 1 cup Uncle Ben's raw rice 1 pkg. Lipton's dry onion soup mix. |
Directions
Butter oblong casserole (9x13). Scatter rice into casserole. Pour 1/2 mushroom soup which has been mixed with water gently over rice. Place chicken over rice. Pour remaining soup mixture over all. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over top. Seal casserole with double layer of aluminum foil. Bake 1 1/2-2 hours at 350 degrees. No other seasonings are necessary. Thelma Wilson |
