Cranberry Marble Mold
Ingredients
2 3-oz. pkg. cherry gelatin 2 cups boiling water 1 8 1/2-oz can crushed pineapple (in its own juice) 1 16-oz. can cranberry sauce 1 cup dairy sour cream |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Stir in pineapple with its juice. Chill till partially set. Fold in cranberry sauce. Spoon into 8"x8"x2" pan. Spoon sour cream atop; stir through to marble. Chill until firm. Cut in squares to serve. Serves 6 to 8. Debbie Zeida |
