Gazpacho Soup
Ingredients
1 green pepper, chopped 3 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped 2 tbsp. olive oil 4 1/2 tsp. vinegar (wine and garlic. 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. chives 2 tsp. parsley 1/2 clove of garlic, minced dash pepper, paprika, tabasco sauce 3 cups V-8 juice |
Directions
Mix all together and refrigerate for 12 hours. Add slice of lemon and remove following day. Serve with hard rolls which have been cut in half, buttered and toasted under the broiler. |
