Graham Cracker Roll
Ingredients
1 lb. dates or raisins 1 cup chopped nuts or chocolate bits 1 lb. graham cracker crumbs (vanilla wafers or chocolate cookies) 1 cup evaporated milk |
Directions
Mix all ingredients (saving some crumbs to roll on outside) and form into rolls 3 inches thick. Coat outside with reserved crumbs. Roll up in waxed paper and chill for 24 hours. To serve, slice and top with whipped cream or ice cream. Dot Bradford |
