October Pie
Ingredients
2 cup cranberries, chopped 1 cup apples, peeled, cored and chopped 1 cup raisins 1 cup sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 cup cranberry juice or cider 1 tbsp. vanilla pastry for 12-curst pie |
Directions:
Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry. Combine cranberries, apples, raisins. Add sugar, flour, juice, vanilla. Mix well. Turn into crust and make a lattice top. Bake at 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Betty Wills |
