Raisin Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup water 1/3 cup currant jelly 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind 1/3 cup orange juice 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp. cornstarch dash salt, dash allspice |
Directions
Rinse raisins, add water, currant jelly, orange juice and orange rind. Bring to a boil. Blend sugar with cornstarch, salt and allspice. Stir into orange mixture. cook, stirring until clear. Terrific on Ham. Thelma Wilson |
