Snaperoni
Ingredients
1 1/2 -2 lbs. hamburg green pepper onion 1 qt. Ragu sauce 1 box medium size macaroni shells mozzarella cheese |
Directions
Brown hamburg in oil with green pepper and onion. Add the Ragu sauce. In a large baking dish add a layer of sauce mixture and mozzarella cheese. Repeat 2 or 3 layers leaving enough of the sauce to cover the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. This recipe may be halved. Iola Hardy |
