Tangy Baked Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
4 double chicken breasts or 8 split boneless and skinned breasts 1/2 cup low fat yogurt 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce plain bread crumbs 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted |
Directions
Skin, bone and split the chicken breasts. Marinate overnight or a few hours in mixture of mayonnaise, lemon juice, yogurt and Worcestershire sauce in a plastic bag. When ready to bake, remove from marinade, place checken in baking dish and cover with bread crumbs. Dribble melted butter over the chicken and crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. After marinating, you can prepare it early in the day and pop it into the oven at the last minute. Mary O'Brien |
